Brian Marsden

Brian Marsden is a chartered civil engineer with two business degrees and a graduate diploma in project direction. He is a senior engineering manager and qualified project director with over 30 years of experience in rail. Brian joined Queensland Rail in 1972, and planned, organised, project managed and administered capital and major operational projects Brian has managed railway construction, maintenance, operations, studies, client relations, and business development projects with financial and operational accountabilities. He has worked with leading organisations like Parson Brinckerhoff, Worley Parsons, Queensland Rail to name a few Brian is committed to the rail industry, and enjoys encouraging engineers to grow their scope and gain higher qualifications.

David Chau Wai Chuen

David currently is a Senior Consultant with Metro Transit Solutions at Singapore. He has handled several roles with organisations like Parsons Brinckerhoff, MTR Corporation, KCR Corporation etc. His expertise include train operations, planning, Independent Safety Assessment, Hazard Analysis etc.

Dr. Geoff. A. Hunt

Jeoff holds a Doctorate in Dynamics of Vehicle - Track Interaction. He is a specialist in Asset Management, Track Behaviour Analysis, Track Switch Systems, Derailment Investigation, Track Verification & Validation. Jeoff has been associated with several renowned railway projects across the globe like Taiwan High Speed Rail, MTR Hong Kong, Delta Rail etc.

Sunil Jagdev

Sunil Jagdev holds a masters degree in Structural Engineering. Currently he is a Senior Project Manager with Road Transport Authority Dubai. He has been associated with several leading Engineering organisation like RITES, Ranhill Bersekutu, IRCON, RTA Dubai. During his tenure Sunil has handled several projects like Udhampur-Srinagar-Baramulla Rail Link Project, Mozambique Railway, Sudan Railway, Kolkata Metro, Delhi Metro, Dubai Metro etc.

Mohan Gupta

Mohan Gupta is a Masters in Structural Engineering from NIT Trichy. A forerunner in Mass Transit Systems technology with over 25 years of affluent experience, is currently the Divisional Director with one of the world's leading metro experts Mott MacDonald, a uniquely diverse global management, engineering and development consultancy with over 130 years of metros experience and a proven track record for delivering significant projects and systems in over 140 countries worldwide. He has presented several papers on structural engineering and has been acknowledged as a Charted Engineer, ICE (India) and is also a member of The Technical Education Society of India.

Dr. PV Rajgopal

A Former General Manager with Navratna PSU, BHEL, Dr. Rajgopal has been responsible for handling of several senior level assignments in Product Development, Innovation & Technology Development, Market Development and Human Resource Development with BHEL. His area of expertise include Power / Energy / Transmission / Industrial / Transportation Sectors in India.

Harish Chandra Joshi

Mr. Joshi is a veteran Indian Railway professional with more than 30 years. He retired from railways after having handled several important positions like General Manager of North Central Railways, Advisor to Rail Vikan Nigam Ltd. Senior Postions at RITES etc. Mr. Joshi is an expert in Railway Technology Transfer, Developing Modern Railway Station Infrastructure, Rolling Stock Manufacturing etc.
